Ar-Ridzuan Medical Center Organizes A Friendly Meeting With Media And Orthopedic Surgery Courses On March 7 & 8, 2020
IPOH, February 18, 2020 - Ar-Ridzuan Medical Center (PPAR) has hosted a Friendly Media Partner at Impiana Hotel attended by the Chief Executive Officer of PKEINPk Sdn. Bhd, Tuan Haji Abd. Rahman bin Abdullah Thani, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PKEINPk Sdn. Bhd. Mr. Haji Ramlan bin Abdul Rahman and the staff of PKEINPk Sdn. Bhd. PPAR is a private specialist hospital owned entirely by PKEINPk Sdn. Bhd. a subsidiary of the Islamic Religious Council and the Sultan of Perak.
At the event, PPAR General Manager Khairul Salleh Abdul Rani explained to the media about the PPAR service. PPAR has now provided 16 services in addition to eight resident specialist doctors and nine visiting specialist doctors. PPAR offers worship-friendly medicine, introducing appropriate services such as genital-friendly maternity pants at a reasonable cost. In addition, it also offers dialysis services that currently have 11 seats and will add another 18 by 2020. By 2019, PPAR will be recognized as one of the best dialysis service providers in Malaysia.
PPAR will host a Knee and Knee Surgery Course attended by orthopedic surgeons from around the country. The two-day course, which runs from March 7 to 8, 2020 will be attended by about 30 experts including South Korea and Australia. The organization of the course will position PPAR as one of the best orthopedic hospitals in the state of Perak. The course will be led by an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Loh Choong Sing has over 20 years of experience in surgery to reconstruct bone joints.
This course will present the course to the course participants, two full-bone replacement surgeries and three knee-replacement surgeries. Orthopedic surgeons present from all over Malaysia can see these procedures live.
Also, present at the same program during the course was a talk session to be held in the conference hall during the surgery session. The talk will be delivered by the invited expert Dr. Tai Cheh Chin is a surgeon from Ramsay Sime Darby Subang Jaya Orthopedic. Two orthopedic surgeons from South Korea were also invited to explain how these surgeries were performed. In addition, participants will also be able to hear an update on the latest developments in the use of computer technology coordinated for hip and knee surgery procedures by special speaker, Goodman Pellets of OrthAlign Inc. Australia.
